Hello Aspirant,
Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.
See till now NEET UG AIQ counselling has not been completed as the mop-up round and stray vacancy round is yet to be conducted so the cut-offs for this year are not yet finalized hence we can guide you only on the basis of previous year's cut-off.
So if we go through previous years cut-offs then according to that, you have good chances of getting AIIMS New Delhi only if you are able to secure around 700-710 marks in NEET UG. Because as we go through previous years cut-off data then it shows that the closing cut-off marks were around 705 for AIIMS New Delhi for General category.
It is quite difficult to make any accurate prediction of your admission chances in any particular college because the cut-off keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors such as :-
*** number of candidates appeared in NEET 2021
*** difficulty level of the paper
*** top score for NEET 2021
*** total number of seats available for admission and so on.
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-

Hello aspirant,
Yes, of course you can do part-time job while studying B.Sc Nursing. As per the rules, individuals can study and can do part time job at the same time.
Working full-time and pursing regular degree course is not allowed. You can study part-time and work for full-time or study full-time and work part-time, any one of this is allowed.
You can find part-time jobs through online so that it can save your time as you have to study for your B.Sc Nursing. If you can find a part-time off-campus job then it is also fine.

No, for 300 marks in NEET UG it is tad difficult or some sort of impossible stuff to get seat in any of the AIIMS even in the mop-up round because even for ST category which has lowest cut-offs among all the categories, for that category as well the lowest cut-off was around 550 marks for seat of AIIMS in 2020. Also on 300 marks any government medical colleges is quite difficult through AIQ counselling so if you got 300 marks then you have only option left as Deemed universities through AIQ counselling.
You can try for following deemed universities :-
Saveetha Medical College, Chennai:- 265 marks
Dr. DYP Edu. Soc. Deemed Uni., Kolhapur:- 262 marks
Vinayaka Missions Medical College and Hospital, Karaikal:- 257 marks
Krishna Institute of Medical Sc., Karad:- 253 marks
JLN Medical College, Datta Meghe, Wardha:- 239 marks
Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and RI, Puducherry:- 231 marks
Chettinad Hospital and Research Institute, Kancheepuram:- 215 marks

See till now the counselling for NEET UG 2021 has not been completed and before closure of all rounds of counselling, final cut-offs cannot be decided so I would recommend you t kindly wait for the closure of counselling.
And if you are seeking admission in AIIMS Delhi then as per previous year's cut-offs you should target for at least 680+ marks out of 720 in NEET UG 2022 if you belongs to SC category but note that this data might change because of various factors like seat distribution might vary, number of candidates appearing, and many more might impact the cut-offs significantly, therefore it is recommended to wait till the closure of counselling of this year.
Now as you are preparing for NEET UG 2022 so you should set your target of at least 670-690+ out of 720 because even after considering all the variations this would be the decent score to secure your seat in AIIMS New Delhi.
