Hello Aspirant
The cutoff varies every year depending on various factors. But, In General it is safe to say that minimum score of 630+ Marks are required for General Category Students to Secure a Seat in any AIIMS across India.
So, yes you can give it a try if you score more than 630+ in NEET and try till the last round, as cutoff changes every year due to many factors like Difficulty, no. Of seats, no. Of candidates etc.
Use the college predictor tool given below to know your chances in different colleges:

Hello,
Choosing a college must be totally your decision. Though you can take inputs from others regarding the academic, infrastructure, location and other determining factors that can influence your decision making in a positive way.
---------- As far as Colleges in the query is mentioned, then AIIMS bibinafar is one of the recently opened AIIMS. BJMC Ahemdabad is one of the oldest, established and renowned medical colleges in India.
-------- Also if you take in consideration NEET PG, It would be better if you do your MBBS from a Medical College in Gujarat as graduates from local Medical colleges are preferred. So hopefully you should go for BJMC.
I hope you find the answer helpful.
Thank you.

Hope you are doing well ! There is no any word in my dictionary like Impossible or difficult and i expect you to develop this concept in your mind also ,it will give you energy to fight anything.Be strong and dedicated ,a lot of examples are there in neet history who proved that ,on the basis of hardwork ,anything can be achieved. Just focused ,avoid distraction, less talk to friends and start talking to your parents ,it will motivate you ,forget your phone , friends ,market ,for last few months because this last month hardwork will make your whole life better . Don't be under stress ,time to time talk with your teacher and friends ,last 4 months are enough to acheive aiims Delhi ,it depend person to person ,but from my view it is enough for a hardworking student ,See ,who can stope you to get aiims Delhi fi you study 14 hours a day ,answer is no one ,really no one can stope you to acheive your milestone .
Hope you get it and i am hoping that after neet 2022 you will come back here and share good news .

Hello Sir/Mam,
It is quite difficult to make any accurate prediction of your son's admission chances in any particular college because the cut-off keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors such as :-
*** number of candidates appeared in NEET 2021
*** difficulty level of the paper
*** top score for NEET 2021
*** total number of seats available for admission and so on.
But we can help you on the basis of previous years cut-offs, by analyzing data of previous years we can guide you upto some sort of his admission chances in mentioned AIIMS.
So if we go through previous years cut-offs then according to that, he has some(very low) chances to get an upgraded seat in AIIMS Jodhpur or Rishikesh but not in Bhopal because last year the closing cut-off for Bhopal was 671 marks for OBC category.
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
Hello sir,
The previous year cut off for the colleges you mentioned is as follows-
1. AIIMS Jodhpur- 1574 (second round final)
2. AIIMS Rishikesh-3601(third round final)
3. AIIMS Bhopal- 2860 (third round final)
Hence, if you up grade, you might get AIIMS Rishikesh and AIIMS Bhopal, but not AIIMS Jodhpur, as with 666 marks, the rank will be around 1988.
Hope it helps!
