Hello aspirant.
The Supreme Court released the final verdict on 7th January with the allowance of 27% OBC and 10% EWS reservation in NEET exams. It has also directed the authorities to start with NEET PG and UG counseling procedure. NEET UG allows admission into various courses such as MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BVSc. We can expect the counseling to start soon, though no date is confirmed yet.
The last year cut off for admission into government veterinary colleges for the general category was 554- Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences. The cut off rank for BAMS course was around 60,000. So, you can easily get admission to both the courses.
Both the courses have an equally good scope in the future, as Ayurveda too is gaining immense popularity due to the pandemic. For a vet, based on your experience and the field you are placed in, you can earn up to 2 lakhs per month, especially if you are in the Indian Air Force (should be enough experienced). For a BAMS doctor, medical officers usually earn around 50,000 per month. In short, choose what interests you. You will automatically start to earn well if you are dedicated and experienced.
All the best!

Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you have scored 515 marks in neet and taking into category you belong to ews category. I strongly think you stand fair chances of getting a seat here as the cut off for veterinary stays low than mbbs cut offs
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination number of vacant seats in college previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
For more information you can check out the link given below-

Dear aspirant
It's quite tough to say now,as neet 2021 score and rank card still haven't been declared. Cut off marks depend on various factors like number of candidates appeared, qualified candidates, seat availability etc.
Aipvt cut off marks for OBC category in NEET 2020 was Air 58566 and 536 marks.
As this year cut off marks may decrease by some marks due to toughness of question paper and also obc reservation in AIQ. So there are fairly good chance that you may get a govt vertinary college through aipvt.
You can use NEET UG college predictor tool for knowing chances of getting MBBS BDS ayush colleges at your expected marks.
