Hello,
You can fill the application form but you must pass in that subject and obtain the results. You must submit the proof of passing at the time of document verification while attending SSB interview. If you do not provide class 12th passing certificate then you will not be allowed to attend SSB interview. Your candidature will gets cancelled. The application last date for NDA 2 2022 was June 7, 2022. If you have applied for it then you may appear. But you must also appear for supplementary exam this year and pass in the subject that you have failed and obtain the results before the document verification.
Since you need an AIR under 20,000 you need to score atleast 145 marks out of 300 and have a percentile of minimum 97.60 .If you get under 20,000 in general categories then there is greater chance of getting a seat in a good NIT and chances of IIT increases with increase in your score. All the best

First of all, congratulations on your rank in NEET PG. Secondly, MD General Medicine is very tough to get admission as the seats are only 4402. Nearly all the toppers aim for this course program. It is highly in demand. The closing rank in 2017, 2019, and 2020 for AIQ was 2991, 5052 and 4924 respectively. You see these cut-offs are high. As far as DNB General Medicine is concerned for the year 2020 the closing rank was around 18k. The closing rank for 2021 was also around 18k. So, you have a fair chance of getting DNB General Medicine.
