A pipe, which is opened at both ends is called open pipe.When a sound waves is sent through a open pipe , which gets reflected by the earth . Then incident and reflected waves are in same frequency,travelling in the opposite directions are super imposed stationary waves are formed.
To form the stationary wave in open pipe, which has to anti nodes at two ends of the pipe with a node between them .

Commerce student are not eligible for Airforce & Navy Wing of NDA so even if they want they can't apply for it as for Airforce & Navy its mandatory to study physics & Maths in 12th

According to your marks in bi technology stream as you have appeared for IIT JAM for Biotechnology that IIT for biotechnology are IIT Bombay IIT Roorkee IIT Indore, where you can apply for admission in post graduation in biotecnology course. IIT jam is conducted by IIT Roorkee and closing and opening rank will be published on June 16, June 25 and July 1 2022. According to rank the candidates has to select the institute for post graduation in bio Technology.

If you are willing to join Indian Airforce (AIF) you must pass your 10+2 (or appearing) with Physics and Mathematics. Your age should be from 15.5 years to 18.5 years while filling the form and between 16.5 and 19.5 years at the time of joining. You need to give National Defence Academy (NDA) exam which comprises of 2 stages the written test and SSB interview. The written test carries 900 marks which comprises of questions from Mathematics and General Ability, Once you meet the required cutoff only then you will be able to give interview round.
