Hi
It is difficult to make prediction because marks vs rank doesn't remain constant, it keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like
********** number of students that appeared in the neet examination,
********** kind of marks obtained by students in neet ,
********** toughness level of the neet examination.
But yes,
when we go through previous year trend then,
To get a rank under 1000, you need at least around 675 - 680 marks in neet 2022.

Now that,
limited time is left for neet 2022 , so you should be focusing on your preparation,
practising chapterwise questions
then revising the chapters,
solve at least previous 10 year neet question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation ,
go through neet mock test papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination. To help you in your preparation we have neet knockout for you :- https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-
Thank you

Dear Student ,
As per your user location , you're not from Delhi but UP ... So through OS quota admission will be available for you !
Based on the last year JEE MAIN 2021 cut off , through JoSAA counselling .. the cut off for NIT Delhi was : 7614[ in Gen category ]
Well, you need to remember that , each year the cut off can change due to several factors like seat matrix, difficulty level of exam, No of students appeared for the exam etc.
You can also check the cut off details from here :

You can also Use JEE MAIN college predictor for your reference :

Hope this helps !
As you have secured 314 marks and got 3.2L rank so let me tell you that you have chances to get in the bams colleges with lower cut offs. If you were to take my opinion then i would say kindly go through state quota.
However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
