AMUEEE is the exam conducted by university for admission in B.tech and B.arch. I hope you are talking about B.tech.
First of all , you should understand the exam pattern. Then refer to official site for sylllabus.
After doing this, make a study plan for the your preparations. Now decide the areas where you need to work and areas that will fetch you good score. Now the next thing is the study material, get the study material form the internet and refer some good books, plenty books are available in the market. Prepare your time table and stick to it. Try solving previous years papers in the prescribed time, that will help you manage time in exam.
As far as paper is concerned, it will be objective paper having 150 marks and the duration will be 180 minutes. The plus point is that, there will be no negative marking. Read the question paper first , don't waste much time. Try to attempt those questions only for which you the answer. Manage your time in such a way that you are to able complete before 15 minutes. In the last 15 minutes attempt those remaining questions also which you don't know. May be they will fetch you some marks and that will the bonus.

1. 5% seats are reserved for Persons with Disability in various courses of study over and above the approved intake, wherever applicable.
2. Only those eligible candidates shall be considered for admission under the physically challenged category who have a degree of disability to a minimum extent of 40% as prescribed in the “THE RIGHTS OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT, 2016”.
3. Such candidates would be considered for admission only to those courses of study/disciplines where their physical disability is not considered as a hindrance in pursuing the course of study.
4. Such candidates shall be exempted from the payment of the following Fee / Charges:
i. Admission Charges (Tuition Fee) / Test Fee / Processing Charges
ii. Examination Fee
5. Candidates under this category shall be given relaxation to the extent of 5% marks in the qualifying examination and shall also be given relaxation to the extent of 5% marks in the Admission/Departmental Test to determine their eligibility for admission in the University.
6. In case eligible candidates under the Physically Challenged category are not available for admission to courses where the reservation is within the approved intake, the unfilled seats shall be transferred to General Category.
7. The Disability Certificate of the candidate should be issued by the Medical Board of the District/State/UT/Medical Institution of National Importance. In case of any doubt about the degree/extent of disability of the concerned candidate, the University reserves the right to get the candidate examined at the time of admission by the Medical Board of the University whose decision in the matter shall be final.

For an external student a score of at least 80% is required to take admission in AMU and in case of BA and B.Sc u can easily take admission by scoring 60%. For internal students, the required score is comparatively lesser.
To secure an MBBS seat in AMU, for external students from all India quota cut off must be 560+ and for internal students, it must be above 530+
For B.tech, the cut-off actually varies every year. For external students, 80 to 85 score is required and for internal students about 65 to 70 marks u will have to score for clearing list. For CS branch the cutoff required is high.

The cut off for the entrance depends upon many factors such as the number of applications received, complexity of question paper etc. No body can estimate exact cut off for the year. Though in 2018 the cut off was 70%.
