No there is a single admission form that you need to fill under general admission section on the official website.
You are supposed to visit official website - https://www.amucontrollerexams.com/page/view/general-admission-1550578415
Click on application forms and you will see a registration page. Register using your email and phone number and then you have to login to the account.
Once you login you will find different steps on the top. Complete all the steps and at last make the payment.
For the courses which have a common entrance, you can apply a single form but form those which will have different entrance, you will have to apply different forms but in the same single account. you need not to register again with different account.

The Admit Card can be downloaded from the Controller of examinations website, from the link which is provided below. It is only after verification of the eligibility that the candidate would be considered for admission. Mere appearing or qualifying in the test does not entitle a candidate for selection/admission.Any discrepancy in the Admit Card, especially with regard to candidate’s particulars, must be brought to the notice of the School concerned where the Application Form was submitted, by the candidate in writing before the commencement of the Test. Exam Venue date and Time and allotted Test Center of the candidate will be as specified on the Admit Card.

The application process has started at AMU for admissions for the academic year 2019-20. You can fill up the form on the official website https://www.amucontrollerexams.com/
To get admission to any course at AMU, you need to appear in AMU Entrance examination.
For B.ED the following are the details - 

• The basic eligibility is that the candidate has either studies BA or BSc or B.Com or B.Th and has scored minimum 50% aggregate score in the qualifying exam.
  Or
• The candidate has a masters degree in science/ social science/ humanities , bachelors in engineering with specialisation in science and maths. And must have minimum 55% aggregate marks.

The admissions is done through admission test which will be conducted on 27th of May 2019 from 10AM. The duration of the test will be 2 hours. It would comprise of 100 questions 25 each from reasoning, general english, teaching aptitude and current education affairs. LAst date to fill the application is over (6th march 2019).

For MA. Political science  following are the details - 

• The basic eligibility is that the candidate must have a graduate degree in any discipline with atleast 50% aggregate marks.
• The admission will be done through the departemental test which is scheduled to be conducted on 29th May 2019 from 12 noon.
• The exam will be of 2 hours duration and will comprise of 80 questions with 70 MCQs and 10 subjective questions.
• The last date to apply is 16th march 2019.

Hey there Ankita, if you fulfill all the domicile criteria for delhi, you can indeed give your domicile as delhi for NEET PG 2019 counselling and you will be eligible for the 50 percent domicile reservation for the delhi region and you can also attend counselling for all india quota of 50 percentage of seats, good luck

Eligibility Criteria for admission to Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) in AMU is-

Candidates should have completed bachelor's degree in Commerce /Arts / Science / Social Science and candidates are required to have scored 50percent aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.

Selection to the programme is done on the basis of departmental test.

Exam will be conducted on 10 June 2019.
