So you have to see other aspects ,like overall fee expense and your financial limitations , proximity ,hostel arrangements,and decide according to your preferences. Amity University is better in terms of infrastructure , faculty ,facilities(all are well qualified and experienced faculty members) and an overall learning and campus experience. Adamas University is good too, they provide facilities like wifi, labs,good classrooms etc. The highest salary offered is Rs. 50,000 per month in Adamas University , TCS, IBM, Amazon and Capgemini are some top companies that visit the campus.The highest salary package offered was 3 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Byju's and Deloitte. This is general a general placement picture, if you maintain a good grade and acquire essential industry special skills and soft skills, you will surely get good opportunities. MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain from AMITY University Noida is a good option, as far as MBA Operations in Delhi NCR is concerned, after FMS, IIFT, IMT Ghaziabad, MDI Gurgaon and BIMTECH Noida. see the two courses you have mentioned is quite different, b.sc neuroscience eligibility criteria is candidates must secure at least 60% aggregate score in pcb Student should have passed all the subjects of class XII from a recognized board.

eligibility criteria for b.sc in biomedical science in ramachandra university is candidates must complete 12th course from a recognized education boardwith   the subjects of Physics, Chemistry along with Biology or [Botany and Zoology or Microbiology or Biochemistry or Biotechnology] .

now which ever the course you may take it is quite difficult to set up  a relevant profession just after completing the graduation course. you have to do msc course or phd to get research related works. however based on current health treatment system biomedical instruments and softwares needed for various treatment and it would increase day by day.
