hi,
see admission to b.tech course at amrita visha vidyapitham is done by jee main score/ AEEE/ SAT SCORE/ PUEE. AMRITA vishavidyapitam conducts CSAP (centralized seat allotment process) , however If JEE Mains exam is conducted multiple times, the scores released by NTA prior to the Amrita B.Tech. CSAP will be considered for admission. however the allotment process will look over with stream and campus wise, so that applicant first preference can be allotted with any of the PUEE Score / SAT score/ JEE Mains score/ AEEE rank. so it is difficult to predict the exact data and it also depends on number of vacancy, number of applicants, questions difficulty level.

Hey Chetan,
Looks like your marks will fetch you a rank between 18000-21000. With this rank you might be able to grab civil engineering branch if you have the state quota ,if not then its really tough for you to get civil engineering branch. I would suggest you to give other state exams as well if you plan on to stick to your desired branch. Don't loose hope and keep working hard.
Hope this Helps!
ALL THE BEST
Hello aspirant,
Yes, Amrita University is a good University and has good NIRF Ranking. Though it is a Private University it's degree holds good value in state as well as in central level. So B.Sc Biotechnology in Amrita University is a good choice.
Hope this helps you.
Best of Luck!!
Hi,
Yes, Amrita University will consider the best of the two scores.
Students must try to score the highest marks, instead of calculating the possibilities for a scholarship based on previous years’ ranks and cut offs. This is why three phased attempts are being given to students this time by Amrita University. During the seat allotment process, students with higher ranks also often opt for branches like Mechanical or ECE. Also, scholarships are based on relative performance and not just the marks obtained by an individual student. Hence, the best way is to work on improving yourself. However, broadly speaking, 140-150 would be the minimum marks desired to be considered for a scholarship.
Securing internships is a challenge in all the branches, and completely depends on the performance of the student. Amrita University has collaborations with ISRO, the Space Centre at Trivandrum, Hindustan Aeronautics. The opportunities are limited, but if a student has been a good performer academically, the University can always request the recruiting organisations to admit the student for internship.
