Hello aspirant,
*Both are good options but if you are getting chance to get admission in SRM main campus then, you should go for it. But also consider your interest choice and convineance before making any decisions .
* And also amrita is listed in QS world ranking as top private university from india(i dont think so srmis there). ... and both amrita and srm are accrideted by NAAC with highest grade as A (but still when it comes to point amritais slightly higher score than srmout of 5.As i have mentioned it is your decision to make in which college you wanna join.
*And to make it more clear you can check the ratings and reviews through given below links:-

But there is chance that cut off of this year will change, So Do apply for the college.

At least 60% of aggregate marks should have been scored in PCM (Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics). They need to score a minimum of 55% marks and also individually in these three subjects.
The exam authorities will accept a valid JEE Main 2020 scores for admission to B.Tech programmes.
Amrita University is a private deemed to be university and an entity of eminence located in Coimbatore. Now looking to your percentile it was really a good score you obtained, according to me your expected rank was < 1 lakh, so it is easy to get admission in Amita University in desired engineering branch.
