As far as i know,Amrita offers scholarship only on the basis of entrance exam scores and rank in the merit list.
You would not be able to get a scholarship if you don't have one presently
However you can apply for a need cum merit scholarship at the end of the semester/year.
You can contact the admission office for further details.

Dear candidate...... hope you're doing good..
Well, both the colleges you mentioned are one of the best private engineering colleges in India with best placement. So it's upto your interest and convenience that which college you'll choose. But if you do not want to persue integrated course, then you may choose Amrita university. Otherwise VIT is the best with excellent infrastructure and vast laboratories.
Hope this helps you......
Best of luck:)

Hey Yerradoddi,
Bengaluru Campus is one among the five campuses of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. Bengaluru campus has two schools - Engineering and Business.
ENGINEERING:
For CSE, core companies offer impressive packages but for other branches it is not really the same. You have to go to the coimbatore campus during placements.
The highest package offered was 23 LPA+ and average is 5.5 LPA.
BUSINESS:
The highest package offered was 15 LPA by an overseas company. Average package revolves around 5-6 LPA and lowest is 2.8 LPA.
Hope it helps!
Hello dear!!!
I am seeing that are asking to answer only if I am from amrita University. But I have to say that my closest friend is from amrita University and I think I can answer this,. According to my knowledge on this I think that amrita holds a good record in placements in ECE branch. And seniors who studied over there says that if you keep your full effort in subjects then you will be placed in a good position.
Thank you

Hello!!!
With 51k rank in JEE mains, you will get a college under josaa. Moreover under home state quota, you may get a branch of your choice as well. Therefore I think you should go NITs as they are quite reputed in india after IITs. Also they might not give you the best placement and concession like other private colleges are giving but the lifelong certificate you will receive is not lesser than that. Again their fees structure is quite affordable.
