AMU, aligarh cut off marks for Gen category students in NEET UG 2021 was AIR 4416 and 647 marks.
AMU, aligarh have some internal quota also so cut off marks for those seats in general category was 616 marks.
It's comes under central university so counseling is conducted under all india quota counseling conducted by MCC.
It's one of the best Medical college, that's why cut off marks goes high for this college.
You must score 650+ in Gen category,to have good chances to get seat here.

i got 59 rank in general selected list in amu 11th emtrance 2022 for science stream and rank 18 in special category list but it shows chance memo in special category rank. does that mean i am selected or not?

The selected candidates list in AMU are for those who are selected for the particular course and have a confirmed seat and special category list contains the names of both who's names are there in selected candidates list as well as the chance memo list. Your chance will come only when you make the cut but for now you just have to wait. However it does not mean that you are not selected.

Usually the ranks till around 120 to 150 are expected to get the alotted seats but still there might be a slight possibility since your name is in the chance memo list. If by any chance there are vacant seats left as many a times few people might opt out of admission then you can try for that seat.
