Hello Aspirant,
I hope you are doing well.
You can anticipate a rank between 65,000 and 15,000 if you receive 47 in the AP EAMCET 2021 and the EWS quota. Not even this ranking will get you into a top university. This rank is a low rank if you're looking for top branches like computer science engineering or electronics and communication engineering. With your rank, you can apply for different branches based on your preferences, such as mechanical or civil engineering. Top government colleges do not provide top branches, though.

The AP EAMCET 2022 exam was administered from July 4 to July 8, 2022 for the engineering stream, and from July 11 to July 12, 2022 for the agriculture stream. The Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET), formerly known as the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agricultural and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test, has been renamed as the Andhra Pradesh EAPCET. The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada administers the state-level test for admission to the more than 425 private institutions in the state of Andhra Pradesh that provide engineering, agriculture, and pharmacy programmes.
