If you want to correct your surname in the SSC admit card or marksheet or in the both then you have to apply to the respective board authority submitting with the application the valid documents in favour of your or in support of your changing or correction of surname. Better if you submit a first class magistrate avidabit copy with your application to the respective board for changing your surname in the SSC marksheet and admit card both. But it will take time. Whether you attempt for the next term of EAMCET exam or year to give in up the exam for this time.

- The EAMCET 2022 application form is now available at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/EAPCET/Eapcet from JNTU Anantapur. Candidates have till May 10 to fill out and submit the EAMCET application form 2022 without paying a late fee. The AP EAPCET 2022 test for the Engineering stream will be held from July 4 to 8, while the exam for the Agriculture stream will be held on July 11 and 12.

The qualifying of adverse placement program exam is 10 + 2 pattern qualification from any recognised board of India. Ap is a program in  respect of a specific program that motivated student to persue the college level courses in a well manner and for doing good result. This program is starts from the 10 + 2 school level that enable system 3 or 4 years UG courses. Is the student core for class it is well and i 5 + is excellent. So with regard to your query, no you cannot completely depend upon the questions from IPE, you need to complete the whole syllabus of Intermediate course, including text book and need to practice the previous year questions papers as well, to get a clear understanding of the exam.

You have to Fill the name as same as in the SSC certificate. If there is mistake in SSC then go and change it first later you can apply. If you don't have time , then you can apply the same name as in SSC, that would be helpful to get Get seat in AP EAPCET.
