As per the AP EAMCET cut off of past few years, there are four determining factors
Now with the past few years available cut off data, the closing rank of general category students was around 9000 hence being from OC category with your 10000 rank, you have fair possibilities of admission.

It is tough to conclude that if you practice one book for any competitive exam you will be able to crack the exam with top marks.the practice questions in any textbook or competitive exam preparation books help you have a good foundation to basics and questions similar to previous years questions.
they help you understand the concept and how to solve different levels of questions.so do not depend on any one book and think that you can fetch top marks of you do the full book.

AP EAPCET BiPC (Pharmacy) Second round counselling concluded on February 10, 2022. As per the notification released by APSCHE for AP EAPCET BiPC (Pharmacy)counselling the second phase counselling will be the final phase counselling. So it is unlikely that there will be notification call for third phase counselling for AP EAPCET BiPC (Pharmacy) counselling.
