hello aspirant,
With this rank in ap eamcet, you can get a seat in Biotechnology in some of the low-to-decent colleges as the cutoff marks for some top colleges is high and it varies every year. However, it still a prediction as the cutoff varies every year and it's different for different category students. The cutoff criteria depends upon number of factors like : number of students appearing in examination, difficulty level of the paper, seats availibility and so on.
So, there are some chances for you to get a seat in biotechnology as , looking at the previous year cutoff , the cutoff trands even jumps to 50k to 45k .

Hi, the cut off for PVP was 105349, for Vignan 43613, for Raghu 9053. So, check your rank accordingly. The reviews are best for PVP. JNTUV has the lowest fees available. All of them accept EAMCET. Eligibility criteria for all the universities is same too. My best bet would be PVP as it has strong reviews of good academia and placement. However, the priorities of yours might differ than mine. Below is the link in which you can compare all your colleges as well as the courses simultaneously and choose the best fit for you. If you still have doubts feel free to comment. Hope this helps.
