As far as your rank is concerned which is 7k . The appointment of seat in this rank depends on what choices you have filled in and what is the cut off of that specific college.

Although it further depends on certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

But as per my knowledge you should get a seat atleast 3rd or 4th considering you have filled only non core choices.

Although the cut off in second round may decrease, it is difficult to predict the exact cut off for second round. Last year the cut off was 5133 for general category to get seat in S R K R ENGINEERING COLLEGE in Computer Science Engineering. The chances are low to get seat in the preferred institute in Computer Science Engineering. Depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc the cut off may increase or decrease.

There is no second phase of counselling ins AP EAMCET this year so there is no float option. Generally students can participate in the second counselling even if you get seat in first counselling. But this year authorities are conducting only one round of AP EAMCET 2021 counselling. The authorities will announce the AP EAMCET 2021 seat allotment on November 16, 2021. The authorities opened the AP EAMCET open entry 2021 at eapcet-sche.aptonline.in from November 2 to 5.  APSCHE had opened the AP EAMCET 2021 counselling registration from October 25 to 30. The AP EAMCET 2021 counselling is being conducted in online mode.
