You can't change the certificates in the second phase of ap eamcet. The registration can only be done once during first phase. If you want to change the college in second phase you can but you can't register again.

Hope you are doing great. As per my knowledge registration can be done only once. During second counselling you have another chance to select the colleges as per your preferences if you have cancelled the first phase seat and if you don't get the college you want.

if you self report your counselling then according to my knowledge you won't go for second round , if you go for second round and did not get any college then you can get the college you got in first round . these information is correct as per the best of my knowledge .

Dear aspirant, As you have not mentioned the examination I am thinking that you may have mentioned about EAPCET. 5420 is a good rank so you may get CSE with specialisations in colleges like Sri Venkateshwara university, Andhra university for women.

If you are eligible for fee reimbursement then you can ask your college scholarship coordinator to know the problem or you can visit MeeSeva centre.

If one of your parents is a government employee then you are not eligible for fee reimbursement. So kindly once check the guidelines for the eligibility of fee reimbursement.

If you wish to change your branch in the same college that was allotted to you then you may opt for internal sliding. Internal sliding is subjected to the availability of the seat in the branch in which you wish to change for. If you opt for internal sliding then you may not be eligible to apply for fee reimbursement, if it's applicable. Or you can participate in second phase counselling and opt for the branches in which you are interested to get seat. If you get seat in second phase counselling then the seat allotted in first phase will gets cancelled automatically. If you do not get seat in first phase counselling then the seat allotted in first phase will not be forfeited.

AP EAMCET first round seat allotment results has already been published on 16 November , 2021. You can go a and check you results on the available website of the authority .

Now for your question , the second round seat allotment results is yet to be notified by the authority as it is not been published .
