Hello Sravanthi,
Well the previous year's AP EAMCET cutoff for Vishnu Institute of Technology, Bhimavaram for the following branches were as follows-
2020- 4487
2019- 8692
2020- 8463
2019- 12877
So based on these trends your chances for getting a seat at Vishnu College for ECE seems more than CSE.
NOTE - These are general closing ranks which means you must obtain a rank under/better than these for securing a seat.

Hello Jagan,
Cutoffs changes from year to year and that's why it is not possible to predict. But based on previous year's Closing Ranks ypu have less chances of getting Pharm D course in Annamacharyana College, Andhra Pradesh for your AP EAMCET Rank. You can try for seat through counseling or can go for normal seat or Management quota seat in good Colleges.
Cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like category, number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, etc.

Hello,
You haven't mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category. In 2019 the cut off was 31331 for admission to Computer Science Engineering in G.PULLAIAH COLL. OF ENGG. AND TECHNOLOGY. Considering the previous year cut off you have decent chances to get seat in CSE in G.PULLAIAH COLL. OF ENGG. AND TECHNOLOGY. Cut off may increase or decrease depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

As Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education ( APSCHE ) hasn't released the official cut-off details for this year till now, so we have to follow the previous year's cut-off informations for making any decision regarding your admission possibilities. You can check those details of previous year from the following website:
Hence it's obvious that since you're a OC (CAP) candidate it's just impossible for you to get admission in any kind of Government instituions in Andhra Pradesh because to grab any government seat you've to secure atleast 16-17k rank in AP EAMCET 2020 where your rank is far behind from that.
Hello aspirant
hope you are doing well and safe. As per your query , I would glad to inform you that it is very difficult to predicts on the basis of marks because accuracy percentage will be very less and for particular category it is quite difficult . Cut off varies on number of applications and difficulty which varies a lot during the year
Hope you found this answer informative. Best wishes for your future
