i got 5698 rank in ap eamcet and i belongs too bc_d category shall i get veterinary seat??

Probably yes, you can get a seat in Veterinary from BC-D category in EAMCET AP. Please check the results in the official website and if you've qualified the entrance exam, then proceed further for admission process. Looking from the previous years' results ranging from 4300-5900 , you have have a decent chance of getting the seat.

You may be eligible for a free seat in the AP EAMCET for pharmacy D if you mention your rank with this.
According to last year, a rank of roughly 40k was needed to get into a pharmacy degree program, and as you mentioned, your rank falls within this range.
