With 8476 rank it is easy to get agriculture seat in government colleges based on last year cut offs. As of last year cut offs :-For non farmer quota-general-4562rank, women-4055rank. For farmer quota-general-6914, women- 6112rank. You get payment seat for your rank in agriculture, horticulture and B pharmacy. For AP EAMCET there is 33% reservation in each category and each course for female candidates i.e 1/3rd of the total seats in particular quota. But your rank is not upto the mark. Even after getting reservation there are less chances of getting a high ranked college. But yes you can get a good college as per this. So as per your query, the counseling process for the APEAPCET 2022 will be starting in the month of September itself. However the official dates were not yet confirmed. Just checkout the official site cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. The notification may be released soon by the government of Andhra Pradesh.

Im resident of Telangana I have done my whole education in Telangana only , I got 6k rank in Ap Eamcet will I get fee reimbursement in Ap Eamcet

First of all you need to have residence certificate to participate in counselling. That is checked at document verification. Since your whole education is held at Telangana it is mandatory. For that your parents must be residence of AP for the past 10 years. However before 2014 Combined AP existed. So, if your parents lived in AP after 2014 then you can get residence certificate. If not your application will be rejected during certificate.
Leave about fee reimbursement you can't even participate in counselling without residence certificate. Even though if you get residence certificate you can't get fee reimbursement.
So, if you have written TS EAMCET , JEE MAINS or JEE ADVANCED go for it for whatever rank you got.

As per last year AP EAMCET cut off details , you have less chances to get CSE in Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women, Bhimavaram.
Last year cut off for CSE was : 2224

But , let me remind you that the cut off for any college can vary year to year due to several factors like

Candidates must appear in Biology, Physics and Chemistry subjects in AP EAMCET 2022 to be considered for admission in BSc Agriculture and BSc Horticulture course . However, appearing and qualifying the entrance examination does not confirm admission in the professional course.
