For a government seat in Veterinary Science, one should be with rank around 1400 to 1500. For private college, you may get a seat with medium or bad ranking.

Minimum aggregate of 45% of score obtained, 40% for reserved category candidates to get admission in any government college for veterinary doctor .

you must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a board of Intermediate education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana with physical sciences, Biological or Natural sciences, vocational courses in Veterinary sciences(any of two or three subjects).

the rank you achieved is not enough to get in a government college. so I'll suggest you to go for private college.
