There is no minimum qualifying marks to qualify in AP EAPCET for candidates belonging to SC and ST category. A candidate belonging to SC and ST category who have scored a non-zero positive score is considered to be qualified in AP EAPCET. As you have scored 36 marks you have qualified in AP EAPCET and your rank is expected to be in between 80000-90000 approximately with the given score.
