I would like to bring to your kind attention that during the time of admission, original Transfer Certificates are usually taken up by various examination boards if taking admission. However if you intend to leave the college midway, your transfer certificate may be of good use and is mandatory if you are planning on taking admission in any other college. Else, let it be with the university. It's safer with them than with you.

The fee structure who got a very good rank i.e, the top 120 members who have been selected is only 10,000 plus 2000 (MBA REGULAR) The next 120 need to pay 30000. ( MBA FINANCE and MBA RETAIL MARKETING There is also a management quota who pay a fees of 3.5 lakhs for the course.
I dnt think you have fair chances to get into AU based on your rank

In Andhra University, the department of Electrical and Electronics engineering consist of 9 seats. If you want to top the exam then you need to score at least 160 or above. If your score is about 160 or more then that then you will get a rank >50.
Though the allotment to seat and ranks varies according to the score and caste, the rough idea is that your rank should be 1500 or less then this.
