See most basic bachelor's course for Animation is known as B.Sc in Animation and for admission to the course basic qualification of class 12th is required from any recognized central or state board of education and NIOS is central recognized board so if you complete your class 12th for NIOS then also you will be eligible for admission to such UG courses. This course is of 3 years duration and admission is taken on the basis of either merit in qualifying examination or some institutions conduct entrance exams as well like Jadavpur University, BIT Jaipur and some others.

No, you do not need to provide gap certificate at the time of counselling. The documents that are required to provide at the time of TS EAMCET counselling are as follows
You do not have to provide gap certificate. If you are claiming fee reimbursement then you need to get a gap certificate and submit it to the scholarship officer in the college in which you got admission after applying for fee reimbursement. If you do not apply for fee reimbursement then you do not neet to provide gap certificate.
