I would suggest you to do MBA program in any of the IIM's because recruiting management will prefer students from IIM. Anna University and PSG are good for their technical courses (B.E/M.E) but they are not well known for the management courses. However coming to your question prefer choosing Anna University it will be better than PSG.

Although DAIICT is an Institute of Eminence as declared some time back, Anna University is a much older and well established university. The alumni network is stronger. Though the DAIICT has top notch faculty , courses and placement opportunities, Anna University is a 'safer' choice.

Since itbis one of the best college you percentile score should be more than 96+ to get a seat at the university.

According to your percentile score in TANCET, it is very low for admission to ME/M.Tech through Anna University. Cut-offs are different for different institutions and it also depends upon various factors so it is bound to change every year. You can try for some other low tier colleges for ME/M.Tech accepting TANCET score.

Out of all the universities you listed, Thapar University comes at the top. Both VIT and Anna come right after in terms of faculty, research impact and placements. Again, however, VIT is much more global and diverse, and has a richer competition among students than Anna University. Hope this helps
