Although the paper varies with the university you are applying to, most questions come from your BA Anthropology syllabus. You are advised to be very familiar with it.
If you are applying to universities outside India, you will also be asked questions on basic English for your IELTS/TOEFL and maybe some current affair info in your interviews.
The registration in Delhi university for pg courses is closed but in some private University the registration procedure is not closed. You can apply there.

The entrance exam was held on 12 and 13 may. The last date for admission is 15 july and date of counseling is 1 july.

Yes, you can get admission in colleges of University of Delhi. Delhi University will declare merit list for admission to colleges. So, if your marks meet the required cut off you can take admission in the college.
