The syllabus for the course is divided into four semesters and it is career orienting in nature which opens many job scopes for them in various fields.
The eligibility criteria of BEd is passed graduation or post graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with 50% or above aggregate depending upon the norm of the university, admission process varies among colleges, for some it's based on the merit of the qualifying examination, there are also entrance tests such as by BHU, Delhi University, you can appear for CEE by NCERT, its entrance test scores are for admission of RIEs which are most reputed educational institute offering BEd.

Dear Aspirant, If the allotment of subjects is final then there can be no change of subject. As per the rules of the University, the subjects once allotted are final and not subject to change. However if your allotment is not final and there are empty seats in the subjects you want to have then you may contact the college administration. The eligibility criteria for getting admission in B.Sc Anthropology course in Hansraj College is :-
1) Qualifying the admission exam conducted by Delhi University for first year UG courses.
2) Should have given their senior secondary certificate examination from CBSE or any recognised board.
3) 55+ aggregate percentage marks on Physics, Chemistry and Biology (THEORY AND PRACTICAL both inclusive) and 50+ percentage in one compulsory language (English merit).
So, it is compulsory for you to have Physics , Chemistry and Biology in your 11 and 12 classes.

As your marks for getting admission in Banaras Hindu University for the course of M.A. Anthropology is not sufficient, so it is more likely that your admission will not be eligible in main campus.
