Architect
Hello there.
You need to appear in NATA (National Aptitude Test for Architecture). The application procedure is simple. Just go to their (NATA) site and look for the application page. There are some changes in the exam pattern so better read all the instructions at the application page and the broucher. Last year, NATA’s scoring scheme was also kind of weird. But once you read the broucher you will know. It's fun, actually. :) Give your best in the exam because better the score, more the chances to clear it for Sir JJ College.
Now that you have given the test, the results come out pretty soon. Then you wait for the DTE to roll out the CAP. Then apply for that and choose Sir JJ as your choice. Applying for CAPs may be a new thing to you, so again I recommend reading the DTE broucher carefully. As the CAP rounds proceed, you will be allotted the college (if you have scored enough).
Calculating the score: NATA is for 200 marks. You have your 12th board result as well. So this is how you calculate the net score.
(Half the NATA score + 12th Boards score)
Scoring 150+ is very good. So now you know how much you need in NATA. Prepare for that and score well.
Here are some of the colleges in Pune for Architecture you can prefer given below:

As you have not mentioned the particular degree name so I am assuming you are talking about B.Arch so the career opportunities for architects are very high because of the boom in the construction and designing fields. B.arch grraduates are in demand in Govt and private organisations both as they can work in sectors of construction, urban planning, urban development corporations, public works departments, interior designing, etc. Apart from this, they can work independently and earn occupation through consultancy charges that is depend upon your skills, profile and experience. So if you have keen interest in Architecture field so you should go for it and once you are done with the degree then you can work as -
Data Analyst, Architecture Designer, Architecture Engineer, Interior Designer, Architecture Draftsman, Staff Consultant, Technical Assistant, Project Assistant Manager, Manager Sales/Business development Manager, Architectural Assistant, Architectural Historian/Journalist, Art Director, Building Contractor, Landscape Architect.
Also, the salary range depends which compan you are associated with and ho many years if work ex you are having and if you talk about a fresher's average salary then it should be 4-5L per annum tentatively.
