Its good to have interest in many fields. But as per career, you can choose only one of those. Every field has its own demands and needs. They all are inter related. Coming to placements and salaries, Architecture has more packages than the other two. On an average, every year, 5lacs/ann is given in most of the architecture colleges. So, if you need to more salary, you need to opt architecture; provided, even the colleges I good and has some fame in the locality.

your percentile is good enough for your category rank as this can let you get admission in any of the nits for the course of architecture. If you score a percentile of 98 plus then the chance of getting good nits increases as you also have category reservation. work hard and do well in the next session of the jee mains paper 2 for excellent result

If no of students in April month exam will increase then your rank will also increase. With this rank you will get a seat in NIT. You can check your college here

If you have PCME as your combination, you can pursue your career in mechanical engineering, computer science, information science, electrical and electronics, electronics and communication, telecommunication, civil engineering, BCA and B.Sc Electronics etc. Basically all fields of engineering are open to you!
Ot her options for you can be architecture, Bsc. In pure sciences, commercial pilot via training, merchant Navy, etc
since you are a science student, you will have great logical and analytical skills therefore the option of being an IES and ISS is always open.
So you have to choose a career from different options on the basis of your interest and passions.
