Dear Aspirant,
As of know MHT CET for BE/ BTECH or BPharmacy is not yet conducted. The admission for B.arch in Maharashtra will start once these exams are done, results are out. You can visit the dte website or mahacet website to know more
The link for mahacet is given below
https://mhtcet2020.mahaonline.gov.in/
Hope this helps
A student opting for B.plan is provided knowledge and skills required for planning in an increasingly complex and diverse structures, building, manufacturing plants. Planners help decide how the design and appearance of cities and towns as well as their services, facilities are going to be like
It will be decided after the results whether you will get a seat or not (as there is not a single slot and the rank depends on the difficulty of the question paper). Still if you are getting 270 marks out of 500 in paper 2, you have good chances to get into NIT/ CFTI.
To qualify for AAT, one is required to get marks more than or equal to cutoff marks in JEE Advanced Paper (B.Tech) i.e., one is required to clear the JEE Advanced examination to get qualify for AAT.

Hello Kalyan,
Hope you are doing well.
The two IITs which admits students for Bacgedols in Architecture are IIT Roorkee and IIT Kharagpur. And they never release the cutoff, neither the opening or closing rank. You'll be notified as Pass or Failed for the further admission process which is solely depended on your JEE Advance Rank, which is suppose to be below 400 in JEE-AAT.
All the best Kalyan.
Hope I was helpful.
Thank-you !
