Architecture Engineering
Hello aspirant
In naval architecture, you will be taught very little bit of software and computer aided subjects, so if you have the interest in computer science, then you have to study it seperately. Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering focuses on the ships and the structures of ships which are on land . It makes equipment and techniques which help in exploring the ocean floor and the resources which are hidden there. The impact of these resources on the environment is also studied.
The subjects taught during Naval Architecture course vary with different colleges, but it mainly revolves around machine design, marine structures, and ocean engineering. Mentioned below is the subjects taught during the Naval Architecture course for reference:
Electrical Technology
Engineering Drawing and Graphics
Introduction to Naval Architecture
Programming and Data Structure
Thermodynamics
Marine Hydrodynamics
Resistance and Propulsion
Marine Design
Physical Oceanography
Hydrostatics and Stability
Workshop Practice
Marine Structure Computations
Marine System Lab
Vibration and Noise Lab
Computer-Aided Design and Production Lab etc.
Further, to know more about the Naval architecture full syllabus and courses, you ca follow the below mentioned link to know more:

I hope that this will help.
hello,
The cut offs required varies every year according to certain factors that are taken into consideration every time. Some of the factors include the number of candidates that appeared in the exam, the difficulty level of the exam etc. The cut offs for Brick's College usually are somewhere around 140 to 160 and if we look into the cut offs of 2020-21 it was around 160 to 165. However there are certain other factors like eligibility and reservation category that matters Eg: The eligibility for B.Arch is aggregate of 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in your 12th boards. However 130 seems like good marks and hence you have high chances to get into good colleges.
Hii
Yes you get admission in that college with jee main score.
Hello,
You have a good percentage in 12th. You NATA score are also decent, as per the previous year cutoffs , there is less chance of getting a seat if you are of general category and if you belongs to Sc/St then you can definitely get a seat and for obc also the cut off goes around 140-150, for JJ college of Architecture.
All the best
Hello aspirant,
NATA sets 70 marks out of 100 as qualifying. And your marks is pretty high than this. Definately going to better colleges. However, Cutoffs for NATA are calculated a bit differently from others.
Your Higher secondary marks is added to half of the NATA score you secured. That is,
92.25 + (110÷2) = 147.25
NITs and IITs do not provide architectural courses. IIT Roorkee and Kharagpur do provide but no based on NATA score.
Other colleges you can check are mentioned below:
1. Chandigarh College of Architecture.
2. Sir JJ college of Architecture, Mumbai
3. RV School of architecture.
4. Department of Architecture, BIT Mersa.
5. Rizvi college of Architecture, Mumbai.
And so on.
Hope it was relevant. Good luck.
Naval architecture, or naval engineering, is an engineering discipline incorporating elements of mechanical, electrical, electronic, software and safety engineering as applied to the engineering design process, shipbuilding, maintenance, and operation of marine vessels and structures.
Naval Architecture students who are desiring to be professional engineers must pass two exams undertaken by the Natuonal Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) and should also gain work experience.
I hope this helps,
hello aspirant,
yes a student opting for naval architecture should know how to use the laptop.
The student should be computer literate and should be updated with technical knowledge.
knowing how to use laptop is more useful for the student and it is required to know the usage of laptop.
thank you
