Hi,
I hope you are doing well.
So, Yes you can pursue but Civil engineering and Architecture are two really different branches and hence it is not advisable to pursue Architecture after doing Civil as you must have already spent 4 years for B.tech and B.Arch is for 5 years (which sums up to 9 years in total!). I will instead recommend you to do your masters in Planning (M.Plan) or M.Arch in any of the streams of your choice so that you get a touch of Architecture also and have your master degree too. However, the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi-110002, provides specialization options for meritorious civil engineering graduates in its M.Arch. program and related fields.
I hope it helps.

Other than the general eligibility criteria , the other criteria to be eligible for AAT is that the candidate should have attempted and qualified JEE Advanced 2021. So if you have qualified JEE advanced then you are eligible make sure you meet other criterias as well.
JEE architecture aptitude exam which is scheduled on 18th October is for admission to B.Arch offered by IIT roorkee and IIT kharagpur.

Hi Anshika Bharadwaj,
Coming straight to the point, Getting a seat into a government college with a rank of 8,166 in open category is hard. I suggest you to look for other options along with this.Try for all the rounds before quitting up. There are few private institutions which can offer you a seat in Architecture by undergoing admission process.
