Hello Aspirant,

Based on your percentile, you will be among top 1000 students in JEE paper 2 Rank. JEE Main Paper 2 is used for admission in Architecture degrees. Based on your percentile , you can apply for the following colleges for Architecture degree:

1. School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi.

2.School of Planning and Architecture, Vijaywada.

Apart from these you can also apply for other NITs that offers B Arch. Courses.

My nata score is 106 and i got 90% in boards so can i get admission in JJ college of architecture??? also Im from Maharashtra

Bhawana Kumar 5th Sep, 2021

There are less chances as you must score above 110 in NATA to get admission in JJ college of architecture. And your 12th board score must be above 90percent for this college criteria. You can still apply, and you have cchance to get other good college from this marks.

Harvard architecture in computer organisation

Nitin Mereddy 2nd Sep, 2021

In a normal computer that follows von Neumann architecture, instructions and data both are stored in same memory. So same buses are used to fetch instructions and data. This means CPU cannot do both things together (read a instruction and read/write data).Harward Architecture is the computer architecture that contains separate storage and separate buses (signal path) for instruction and data. It was basically developed to overcome the bottleneck of Von Neumann Architecture. The main advantage of having separate buses for instruction and data is that CPU can access instructions and read/write data at the same time.

von neumann architecture in coa

Nitin Mereddy 2nd Sep, 2021

The modern computers are based on a stored-program concept introduced by John Von Neumann. In this stored-program concept, programs and data are stored in a separate storage unit called memories and are treated the same. This novel idea meant that a computer built with this architecture would be much easier to reprogram.

This is commonly referred to as the ‘Von Neumann bottleneck’. We can provide a Von Neumann processor with more cache, more RAM, or faster components but if original gains are to be made in CPU performance then an influential inspection needs to take place of CPU configuration.

addressing modes in architecture

Nitin Mereddy 2nd Sep, 2021

The term addressing modes refers to the way in which the operand of an instruction is specified. The addressing mode specifies a rule for interpreting or modifying the address field of the instruction before the operand is actually executed.

The 8086 memory addressing modes provide flexible access to memory, allowing you to easily access variables, arrays, records, pointers, and other complex data types.  The key to good assembly language programming is the proper use of memory addressing modes.

i got 97 in NATA entrance exam and 89% in hsc boards 2021... which architecture college i should apply for in mumbai?

Aman Mishra 7th Sep, 2021

Hello,

As the marks mentioned by are really good and as you have scored great in your both exams ie, boards as well as entrance exam hence you should definitely try in colleges of your interest because you have positive chance of getting admission but before this you should get your rank using any online rank predictor showing your particular entrance details and than you only have to compare it with the colleges you are interested in and you can easily come to know about your admission.

Thank you..

I couldnt qualified in nata this year and my jee mains paper 2 rank is not that much high so i cant get admission in architecture this year So what can i do? Civil engineering, Interior design or Go for architecture next year Plz can any one help me out of this ??

nilangemeghna 10th Oct, 2021

Hello aspirant,

If your jee mains paper 2 rank is low then you can try for spot rounds, there is a chance for you to get a seat but not surely.....

If you are very interested in Architecture, you can get admission in a private college....

If you have problems with fees, you can prepare for the exam next year....

Civil Engineering is also a good choice..... it's about construction and planning, you can further specialise in architecture but if you are not interested in it, it will not benefit you at all....

Interior designing is good for those who have interest and idea about it....It also has a good career but interior designing is a matter of inner home setup.....and architecture is a complete different course.

These three choices are good but you have to choose a choice considering your interest and future career .... it's all up to you.

Hope this helps

All the best for your Future !

Gec trissur or TKM better for architecture

Biswadeep Biswas 9th Oct, 2021

I guess I would have to say TKM since students usually choose TKM after CAT and CET in Trivandrum. I can guarantee that you will get good quality education in TKM in terms of work and the number of juries and field trips. It has certain drawbacks of being an aided college as opposed to GECT which is a government college. If your concern is purely about academics you can't go wrong in choosing TKM. Try to get more information about the life of an architecture student at TKM and GECT. Good luck.

how to architecture without nata

Aditi amrendra Student Expert 30th Aug, 2021
Hello,

There are two options through which you can pursue and Architecture course. The one option is through JEE mains paper 2(B.arch) and the other is NATA. You must already be aware of JEE mains so i would tell you more about NATA.
National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is a national level undergraduate exam which is conducted by the Council of Architecture (COA) for admission to 5-year B.Arch and B.Planning programmes. Other than these two there are no options.

I hope this helps.
