Yes , you can get into Indian Navy after doing B.Arch .They have a specialized branch for ship or dock designing or repairing. So, there is a good chance for you to be a Naval Architect Officer. But be sure that you have cleared their physical fitness requirement .

Since you have not mentioned the college you want to get admission , so it is difficult for us provide optimized data relevant to your need. However most of the decent colleges at least need a good score and the good score according to previous year trends and analysis is 120-150 out of 200. Most of the time score of 150+ is the best to get admission into top colleges.

You know it is very difficult to predict the actual rank from your percentile especially when it the b arch paper because it doesn't only have mcqs but also drawing. Moreover it depends on
Performance of candidates appeared in the exam
Difficulty level of the paper
Number of students appeared
97 percentile is a very good one and you have decent chances of getting a seat in Chandigarh college of architecture. The cutoff for 2019 was around 89 percentile. Even though it varies every year there shouldn't be a huge difference.

No, B.Architecture course is not being offered in National Defence Academy. The following degrees are offered at respective Academies on successful completion of training in National Defence Academy
You cannot join in NDA based on NATA score. You have to appear for NDA Entrance Examination conducted by UPSC, qualify in it and clear SSB and Medical Examination in order to join IMA/IAF/INA.
