Yes, you can change into Architecture after a diploma in civil engineering at LPU Jalandhar. LPU offers a 5-year Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) program to students who have completed a 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Students who have completed a diploma in civil engineering are eligible to take admission to the B.Arch program directly in the second year.

The placements for architecture graduates from LPU are good. Top companies that recruit from LPU include CP Kukreja Architects, Hafeez Contractor, RSP Architects, and Morphogenesis. The average salary package offered to architecture graduates from LPU is around INR 5 LPA.

The cut-off marks for NMIMS Mumbai is around 95-97 percentile( 240 marks approximately) in the Nmat exam(NMAT is a national-level examination which is conducted by Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) ).

The cut off for all the courses in Rizvi Mumbai college is not the same, it varies from one course to another like for BE Artificial intelligence and Data Science the closing rank is 170634, while for BE Computer Engineering, the closing rank is 106266. For Kamla Raheja college of architecture, you should have scored some way above 160 marks on the National Aptitude Test in Architecture to take admission to this college.

For  Sir J. J. College of Architecture the cut-off goes like if you are a general category candidate then you have to lie under the rank 30 to get this college and to achieve this rank the aggregate marks required is above 150 which is calculated by considering 50%of your NATA score + board percentile.

In abroad depending on your field, it varies from 12 - 40 Lakh INR per annum.

So, according to me it is possible that the scope for this is more in abroad. There are more colleges that offer this course in abroad, and also the average income is more there.

Basically It is Government College which charges 19,500 INR As a fee for this Course.

Eligibility Criteria and Admission Process :

Admissions are made through counseling based on rank obtained in Joint Entrance Test (J.E.T.) conducted by The Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training.

Candidate must have Pass in Matriculation or equivalent with pass in Mathematics, Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) and English as compulsory subjects.

And the Total No Seats is 33.

B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) is an undergraduate degree in the field of architecture. This five-year full-time programme is a blend of theorical and practical knowledge for students to learn the art of planning, designing and constructing physical structures of various kinds.

Unfortunately you cant pursue BArch soon after 10th . Here are the eligibility criteria for pursuing BArch.

• Aspirants must have passed their 10+2 examination or equivalent with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
• They must have secured a minimum of 50 per cent marks (45 per cent marks for reserved category) in 10+2 or
• Should have passed 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognised by Central/state governments with 50 per cent  aggregate marks

The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) and the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) are two of the most popular B.Arch entrance exams. The former is widely accepted by colleges offering this programmes. The AAT is an entrance exam for admissions to architecture programmes offered by the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).
