Listen, you have not mentioned there in which Exam or University Application form you did mistake , because every Exam or university have different procedure to deal with such kind of mistake.
BUT ,in most of the time ,there is an option like correction window for such kind of mistakes.
Generally , after submission of application form or and completion of Registration procedure ,they will open the correction window for resolving such kind of Issus.

You must know the eligibility criteria of the NDA exam before applying to it. The eligibility criteria for NDA 1 is:
For airforce wing: You must have passed 12th standard with Physics and Mathematics from State Education Board or a University
Hence you will only able to apply for army wing if you are from commerce stream.

The reservation percentagein kendriya vidhalaya fir class 1 is 15% seats for Scheduled Caste, 7.5% seats for Scheduled Tribes, and 27% seats for Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL). there is 3% seats of total for Differently Abled category.
Automatic admission will be given to the wards of Armed/ Para Military Forces on the basis of transfer certificate issued by the CBSE affiliated schools run by Indian Coast Guard, Armed Forces and Para Military Forces

After that appear in Written test there after need to appear in Interview . Selection is based upon marks scored inwritten Examination.
Eligibility criteria for MNC are :-
BSC nursing candidates should have completed their graduation in the first attempt itself.
Military nursing service is open for female graduates only.
Applicant should be an Indian citizen.
The upper age limit is 35 years at the time of applying and the lower age limit is 21years

Actually, Indian Army BSc nursing application form 2022 has not been announced , for 2021 it was released on 17th February so you going by this we can assume its release by the end of February 2022.
