which branch should I take in B.tech to enter in defence sector (army) as a computer technology, means my aim to do something for my Indian army.

Nitin Mereddy 17th Oct, 2021

depends on what role you want in the Indian Army. There are a number of different cores in it. Like if you want to join army as an infantry solider then you should go for the CDSE exam which is held twice a year. The exam is conducted by the UPSC. And if you want to join army as engineer then you call apply through the TGC(technical graduate course) entry in which you'll be called for the SSB on the basis of your graduation Percentage/CGPA. There will be no written exam for this entry. And you'll get commissioned to the rank of lieutenant. The third type is the SSC technical entry. Which is quite similar to the TGC entry. There is no written exam for it. You fill up the form and get a SSB call. And then if selected you'll get trained for 2 years and then you'll get commission. The only difference between TGC and this SSC entry is that in SSC entry you'll get a short service commission which means you'll get a service of 10 years which maybe extended for 4 years(not necessarily).

I hope the answer was helpful. Please feel free to correct if I am wrong at any point.

my father is ex-servicemen in army , did i get cdp quota in neet??

Shamik Debnath 7th Sep, 2021

Hiii

Well saying that there is quantity for ex servicemen isn't right. Yes, they are given need for certain uncommon imprints. Be that as it may, they simply help you to overcome a tie. They can't simply get you in. The imprints granted to OR's is more than that of officials' wards.

In any case, after all said, I should say that the main determinants are your NEET checks and Interview execution.

Hello,

ACDS or Army College of Dental Sciences provides dental courses at UG and PG level. Admission to the college is done on the basis of merit in NEET examination. Average Annual Fees for the college is Rs 3.55 Lakhs.

So coming to your question if you can get admission in the college by scoring 380 marks in NEET. So I would like to tell you that closing Rank for BDS for ACDS in year 2018 and 2019 was 41646 and 56448 respectively.

And going by the rank predictor -

After considering the NEET inputs

Your Overall Predicted Percentile is: 85.97 - 86.47

Your Predicted Rank is: 212050 - 252200

THough the cut-offs change every year but considering your rank it would be very very difficult for you to make into this college.

For more information about the colleges you would be expecting for your calculated neet score you can click on the following link -
