You know that this year cut-off marks is higher than previous year. So with counselling may be you can't get private medical college also but you can try it. But in management quota you can get seat very easily in private medical college.

For NTSE exam of Arunachal Pradesh student have to appear for their exam in 2020 in the month of November and 2021 in the month of June the  the venue ofexam will be in Itanagar in chimpu 2.

There is no scope for appearing examination through School of Arunachal Pradesh

Only the students who have cleared class 9 examination with 60% marks and promoted to class 10 is eligible for appearing in the NTSE exam which is a national level exam.

Yes, you can participate in other state's neet counselling but your admission will not be done via state quota if you are not a resident of that state, instead it will be done on the basis of AI quota. 15% of seats are reserved under the all india quota and 85 % of seats are reserved under the state quota.
