Since your seat did not get upgraded in the second round of neet assam state counselling, if you have retained your seat in the first roud of counselling you can finish the admission procedure for that seat (as of now there are going to be only 2 rounds of counselling in Assam). If you had 'surrendered' the seat in first round and did not manage to get a seat in the second round then you might not be able to retain the seat you had originally got in the first round.

See on such score you can easily qualify NTSE stage 1 and also have some chances of being shortlisted for stage 2 because the expected cut-off for shortlisting of candidate for stage 2 from Assam is 155-165 for General category.

So it shows that you have some chances to be qualified for stage 2 but still we have to wait because the cut-off mentioned above is only the expected cut-off.

Surely you can ask for transfer of your company or institue is located in such place. If such company or institute is not located in the particular place then you don't have chances for transferring your job in such particular place.

Now, if such institute/ company is located in the particular place you need to work from appointef place for atleast 3 to 6 months then yeah you can ask for transfer and you can get transfer

As per in Assam Downtown University  the college has a good campus.The college provides a good environment to study and also has excellent faculty.The facilities and the basic labs are also good for BMLT.So yes you can go for this college and the college also provides good opportunities in career.Most of the teachers are experienced as well as seniors.

It depends whether the classes have started or not . It also depends on the year in which you are stuyding ,based on that the percentage of amount to be refunded will be decided.

The admission withdrawal and its refund policies will differ with each college or university. So to know about it you should either visit their official website and go through their admission fee refund policies and other guidlines or visit their administrative office directly for better assistance. Usually in colleges there will be a stipulated date or time period within which you have to withdraw the admission in order to get the fee back . Likewise the percentage of money refunded may also vary depending on the college and course. There might a small deduction from the refund amount in the name of administrative charges . So it is better to approach them directly regarding this . As per the rule put forth by UGC ,cancellation of admission in a college after 30 days from date of commencement has no refund. If cancellation of admission is done before commencement of the course, then the entire fee should be refunded with a minimal deduction of 1000 rupees.
