Well usually the working hours are like normal that is from 9 to 5 in the evening but since most of the professors have their post doctoral work going on and research work going on, they might stay in the college or lab for as long as they wish and have work to do. But official hours usually is between 9 to 5.

Experience required:
Minimum of 5 years experience in teaching and /or research and /or industry of which at least 2 years shall be post PhD is desirable. In case of Architecture, Professional Practice of 5 years as certified by the Council of Architecture shall also be considered valid.
