Aashiketa 8th Oct, 2021

Hi, Harvard is known for its spectacular teaching and exposure. You get to have the world class experience there and it is very difficult to get an admission there. Also, for UK is said to be a better option than Australia for psychology. There are a lot of things that differ when it comes to studying in different places. Harvard and such elite universities have been training people to be the elite students and to shine wherever they go. The curriculum is totally different in all the countries. The expertise faculty that you get to interact with. You also get to live a little more independently by going abroad. Overall, it is worth every penny you spend for your education. If you still have any doubts you are free to comment back here. Hope this helps. All the best!

Dear student,

Yes you are eligible to apply for admission for an Australian university as the requirements are:

  • Minimal 65% average marks in 10+2.
  • There is no age limit.

Since you have diploma and it is recognized by government as equivalent to intermediate so will not have any problem in applying for the Australian universities.

what exams are supposed to be given after 12 for doing BDS in australia .. like just IELTS and school boards or some other tests as well ?

Akshita Dhiman 10th Aug, 2021

Hi there,

Depends on the university that you are applying for. So you need to have a valid language proficiency score. You can either appear for IELTS/TOEFL/pearson. You need to qualified NEET. UCAT is an entrance exam that will be conducted for admissions for all international students. Other pre-requisites you will have to check on the respective university website. It may differ from one college to another. As I checked some university also consider your 12th percentage (different for CBSE, ISC and ICSE).

I hope this information helps!

Thank you

I completed my plus two with 96%. I have two options, that is study computer science engineering in Canada or Australia. In canada the university is university of prince edward island, and total fees is 35 lack. in australia it is swimbern university with 20 lack (scholarship) of full fee. the best?

Maryam Sara 29th Aug, 2021

Hello Joel Sibi,

Firstly both the options are extremely wonderful and are really exciting.

Let's discuss each option.

  • CANADA :

Canada has recently become a hub for Indian students in terms of studies. The biggest benefits include that the visa acquiring process is very simplified and offers a wide range of courses. After working for a few years you can acquire a green card.

Students who do Computer Science can work as Financial, transportation, manufacturing, insurance, healthcare, education and research environments. You can also work as an artificial intelligence programmer, computer programmer, etc.

  • AUSTRALIA:

It is one of the most popular destinations for students these days and is ranked among top institutes of the world.

It offers world class education.

The job profiles are almost similar in both the nations.

The pay scale is very good and you can earn almost $140,000 per year.

In my opinion both the nations are extremely great for future opportunities, but since you are getting a scholarship and hence will reduce your expenses I think you should opt for Australia.

HOPE THIS HELPS
