If you really wanna improve your English speaking then you should start reading novels, start watching Hollywood movies in English with subtitles, join English speaking groups in internet these will definitely help you. Your dedication will decide how fast you'll learn English.

Hello Hemisha, Technically you can practice in australia after doing PG in medicine from india. But you need to go for a training of 24 months in order to be able to practice as a doctor in australia. This will not mean that you have been registered as a specialist in Australia, but it means that you can only practice in australia.
