You will not get many sites which teach you for free. You can go through the tutorials as guided you before several times.

You can check edx.org site which as endless tutorials on your topic of interest.

There is no free proper teaching site you will get online.
Though you can get basic ideas for it for learning free online.

CAE means computer aided engineer and CFD means computational fluid dynamics in case they deal with field problems which contain both fluid and solid structure related problems and CFD deal with only fluid

A CAD program is a computer technology that designs a product and documents the design phase of the engineering process. CAD may facilitate the manufacturing process by transferring detailed diagrams of products materials, processes, tolerances, and dimensions. It can be used to produce either 2D or 3D diagrams, which can then be rotated to be viewed from any angle, even from the inside looking out.
Computer-Aided Design is the use of computer systems to assist in the creation, modification, and optimization of design. This is often considered an engineering software program.

Mechanical Engineers
Structural Engineers
Manufacturing Engineers

CAE includes:

Basic Mechanics

If we compare all three branches than mechanical branch have good scope in the future. Mechanical engineers have vast options of industries to choose from, since the degree is general in nature, and applicable to all types of industries that uses machines. Students can take their masters to specialise in a niche engineering field like automobile, nanotech, aeronautical etc., after their graduation for better prospects in that chosen field

Doing MBA after mechanical engineering ... Is a good option??

Students do opt the same once they complete their engineering, but it depends on their interest and potential like some students choose MBA after B.tech because they have interest in management but some go for M.Tech. So overall this is a good option but consider your interest and potential before you decide anything.

you better can do some certification courses and in meanwhile you can search for jobs. If you can't do that just go and do some core internships and also it takes time to get enter into core companies. You can also prepare for gate. That would be the best choice too.
