Dear Aspirant,
Both branches are good and have different regions of study. You can choose Electronics and can design circuits or you can choose Automobile in which you may design the Models of cars and bikes.
So, it totaly depends on your interest, in which branch are you most interested in. Do you like programming and tech related stuff or playing around with circuits and fields like robotics and telecommunications brings the desire and passion in you, after this you should go for choosing the branches as per your interests.
Automobile engineering is a new branch and even now mechanical engineers are recruited as Automobile engineers, so getting a job won't be a problem.
However, if you like to handle the engines, their designing and everything about car models then go for automobile engineering.
Electronics & Communication, however is one of the most common branches in the country and hence the most overcrowded so getting a job becomes a little tough but not impossible.
Both have good and equal scopes in future.
Happy Learning!
