should i do bba aviation for mba aviation

hey,

the basic eligibility criteria to pursue MBA in aviation management candidate are needed to have a bachelors degree of minimum 3 years duration in any stream from a recognized board with a minimum 50 percent of marks , candidates aree required to crack or qualify any nationalized entrance exam such as CAT/MAT/GMAT/XAT/SNAP etc.

Greetings, aspirant!

The aviation industry is highly consumer oriented. In order to stay at the top of the game, companies in the Aviation industry have to ensure that their customers are not inconvenienced in any manner. To ensure this, a strong union labour force is required. And to manage this workforce, a well built HRM department is established by these companies.

The tasks involved in the working of the HRD include maintaining an amicable professional relations with the labour force, motivating the said labour force, ensuring that problems arising in the internal management are solved efficiently by avoiding legal expenses etc.
