College fees along with hostel fees varies from college to college. It is not sure and fixed in colleges.
There are various divosions in colleges fees that includes academic, miscellaneous, security and many more such aspects. Also, hostel fees has several divisions in the fees like hostel boarding, mess, laundry, security etc.
So in your query there is no name of college through which I can get some idea and provide you the exact data for the same.
I request you to kindly mention the college name in the comment box or you can simply post the same query with college name in it.

The subjects of law are the same in both the programmes but apart from that BA LLB covers the subjetcs of humanities while BBA LLB includes management and business studies subjects . In BA LLB , a person can concentrate on the fields of accounting , taxation while in BBA LLB individual has to cooncentrate on company laws mergers and acquistions etc . It is quite good that a student from any stream can opt for these two courses .
LLB i. e. Bachelor of Legislative Law, is an undergraduate law programme .
