see there is no jobs within 1 year of study. but you get some internship and you can apply for commerce 11th and 12th coaching classes as a teacher but if you look in long run then.

First of all don't worry. One exam can't predict your ability. So move forward and keep trying.
Now coming to your query, as you tell your concepts are strong. So if you don't want to waste your one year. Then you should go for mhcet exam. As mhcet also covered very good colleges. But if you are determined to be an IIT Ian, then there is no problem in trying for a second attempt.

To get admission into Armed Forces Medical College or AFMC Pune for the flagship MBBS course, you'll have to appear for NEET and get top ranks in it. The cut-off for AFMC through NEET in the past few years are as follows:

It's quite difficult to predict the marks required to get a seat in AFMC as cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

If you want to get into afmc, you need to target at least around 650 marks in neet 2022 examination to be on the safer side
After qualifying neet cut off of AFMC , you will have to give some additional examination to get admission in AFMC , that is :-
