At first i think that you forgot to mention the second degree that you wanted to mention so please look into that .

B.A. ( Bachelor Of Arts ) is a three year course which can be pursued after 12th and you can take almost any subjects that you want  although it is not a skilled degree.

See, the best thing is doing assignment by going through the study materials and with the help of Internet, it's important to understand the concepts clearly and then write it down for assignments, that's what emphasises IGNOU.

Anyway,you can search google regarding this, there are quite a number of sites dedicated exclusively to solved assignments for IGNOU, so you just have to search it and make your assignments accordingly.

No vivek there is no facility of keeping your bag with you during your wbjee  exam. You need to keep your bags outside the exam hall during the exam. But don't worry study well and you will surely do good in your exams. I hope thos answer helps you a lot.
